Light Detectives in Santiago, Chile. Have you enrolled?

Once again, we at Lamp are working together with Lighting Detectives at a new workshop! This time at "TNT Santiago 2018".

The Lighting Detectives or Tanteidan (TNT) is an international non-profit-making association, founded in Japan, geared to understanding the culture of light through an urban interpretation.

TNT (detectives in Japanese) is composed of the biggest and most renowned Lighting Designers on the planet, who once a year meet up in a city somewhere in the world to conduct nocturnal surveys together with students and professionals from the sector with the aim of discovering the heroes and villains of urban lighting.

They will be coming to South America this year for the first time! And Santiago is the city that has been chosen to explore and learn through the views and experiences of these exhibitors of global lighting at the "TNT Santiago 2018" workshop.

We will be walking through emblematic streets studying the lighting and its qualities, we will work collectively on analyses and proposals, and we will publish and submit the results to authorities and all other interested parties in the city, the lighting sector and urban life.

Moreover, on this occasion, we at Lamp will be organising an exclusive visit to Viña Casas del Bosque with the 16 TNTs and the organising committee, where we will go on a winemaking tour and enjoy a country roast.
