If you will be attending Enlighten Europe in Barcelona: Save The Date!

Lamp was born in 1972 near Barcelona. More than 45 years later, in 2018, our beloved city is chosen by IALD for its 3rd Enlighten Europe edition. So, as you can imagine, and for those who already know us, we couldn’t miss celebrating a party!

When is our party going to be held? November 8th from 7:30pm to 1am. The venue is still a secret - but be ready to have fun and find your “darkest” side ;)

What are we celebrating?

We are celebrating IALD is gathering Lighting Designers from all around the world in Barcelona and we want to demonstrate them Lamp is Worktitude for Light.

We are light and also much more than that. We are space and attitude. We are the work that illuminates the future of a project. And we are very clear about our essence: completeness, involvement, practicality and trustworthiness, and passion for light. We are a brand, but above all, we are people at the service of people.

And we are also celebrating IALD is gathering Lighting Designers from all around the world in Barcelona and we want to show them Lamp has reliable group partners for their lighting journey.

2 years ago Lamp became part of the Nordeon Group, one of the most important lighting system manufacturers in Europe, based in the Netherlands. The Nordeon Group, formed by different brands – Lamp (Spain), Hess (Germany), Griven (Italy), Schmitz Wila (Germany), Vulkan (Germany) and Nordeon (Germany); has now over 1,000 employees and boasts a presence in fifteen countries, allowing it to form a commercial network which, in practical terms, covers all global markets.

According to Ignasi Cusidó, Lamp's CEO, "the main goal of merging was to create synergies to boost Lamp's growth across the world. Last year, Lamp sales grew by over 30%. Another of our aims was to complement the Lamp product range with other brands' product lines, to help us expand into new sectors. For example, with Nordeon brand products, in just one year we have successfully sold over 1 million Euros in sectors such as Retail and Industry”.
