Necessary Architecture, at a Congress with Scalae and Fundación Arquitectura y Sociedad

Every two years, the Fundación Arquitectura y Sociedad organizes an international architecture congress in Baluarte, Pamplona.
This year, the III International Congress, which took place from 11 to 13 June, debated the topic "Necessary Architecture" and had speakers such as Bjarke Ingles Big, Grafton Architects, Juan Herreros, Christian Kerez, Anupama Kundoo, Francisco Mangado, Dominique Perrault, Peter Rich, Álvaro Siza and Vicente Verdú, a capacity of approximately 450-500 people, and obviously LAMP could not miss it.
A couple of weeks earlier, LAMP and other Scalae sponsors were guided by Felix Arranz and his team, who organized an interesting architectural photography competition in the Scalae app for anyone who wanted to win a grant (congress entry + accommodation expenses). And here is the photo "Viviendas en la calle Descalzos. Pereda Pérez Architects. Pamplona" sent by Karlos Garmendia Fernández, the winner of the grant through LAMP. Congratulations! You can see all the participants' photos here
We hope all those attending the congress have spent three really interesting days alongside professionals from the sector. There is nothing more rewarding than to share knowledge: wherever you may be, sharing is living.
