LAMP acquires the company Zydotronic

LAMP, a catalan manufacturer company of technical and architectural lighting, has recently acquired a majority part of the company Zydotronic, based in Zaragoza.
Zydotronic is a technology company that provides design and manufacturing of electronic equipment for industries of all types. Thus, using this know-how in electronics development, in 2005, was established to market the brand Zydoled for lighting products with LED technology exclusively.
The main reasons that have led LAMP to do this acquisition are to be able to ensure a good price-quality relation for his products with LED technology, noting that the LED is increasingly important for the market and will certainly be a leading source on the lighting of the future.
Zydotronic-Zydoled gives LAMP the technological knowledge needed to compete effectively in the LED lighting market.
